We install parquet, vinyl planks, laminate and herringbone floors in the Helsinki region (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa), the Tampere region (Pirkanmaa), Southwest Finland (Turku region) and on project sites in Lapland.
The prices shown are indicative starting prices for standard installation projects. The final quote depends on the floor area, the condition of the subfloor, the materials and the complexity of the work. Prices include VAT at 25.5%.

Please note
Demolition, subfloor preparation, skirting, moving furniture, protection, waste disposal and special work are not included in the basic installation unless otherwise agreed in the quote.
If needed, ask us to include removal of the old floor and any other preparation work in your quote!

Installation quality and terms
- Installation work is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, project requirements and the SisäRYL 2013 quality requirements (the Finnish standard for interior construction work).
- The 2-year written installation warranty covers defects caused by the installation work.
- The suitability, moisture and flatness of the subfloor are checked to the agreed extent.
- The customer provides the housing company’s instructions and ensures the work area is cleared.
- Hazardous substance surveys and special demolition are not included in the price list.
- Additional and modified work is agreed separately.
Household tax credit for floor renovations
Private customers may be eligible for the Finnish household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys) on the deductible labour portion of a floor renovation. We itemise the labour costs on the invoice so you can claim the credit.

The final price of a floor installation or renovation depends on the floor area, material, condition of the subfloor, laying pattern, location and working conditions. The quote confirms the scope of the work.

Installation prices for herringbone patterns and glue-down wood floors range from €24.90 to €80.00/m², depending on the installation method and material.

The vinyl floor installation price includes professional laying as well as ensuring tight joints, among other things.
Subfloor preparation is charged by the hour (€65/h, including machinery) or at a fixed price depending on the scope of the project.
Subfloor preparation includes sanding, vacuuming and levelling the subfloor.
Careful subfloor preparation ensures that the subfloor meets the flatness requirements set by the flooring manufacturer and lays the foundation for a high-quality, durable installation.
Yes. Private customers can receive the Finnish household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys) on the deductible labour portion of a floor renovation.
We clearly itemise the labour costs on the invoice for the household tax credit. Customers claim the credit in their own taxation in accordance with the current terms of the Finnish Tax Administration.

The installation price for glue-down herringbone and chevron parquet is €55–75/m², depending on the subfloor requirements and the pattern.
